2010-2011 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course
Instructed by Jim Murrett, MAI, SRA
The 2010-2011 USPAP course focuses on changes to USPAP for 2010 and 2011 and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisial practice. It is unique in that it is developed by The Appraisal Foundation with the assistance from the Education Council of Appraisal Foundation Sponsors and is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.
*All appraisers are required to complete a 7-hour National USPAP Update Course in order to renuew their license/certification*
